SHIPPING

All products are shipped via DHL.

The average shipping schedule takes approximately 2-14 business days from the date of shipment.

(Please understand that the shipping schedule may be delayed in case of customs issues, etc.)

Free shipping applies to orders of $350 or more.

For orders under $350, a flat shipping fee of $50 will be charged regardless of weight.

Once your shipment has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

TAX

Please note that taxes, such as customs duties, are not included in the product price. 

As tax regulations vary from country to country, we are unable to provide specific tax information. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for more details.

You are required to pay the customs duty within 2 weeks after your product arrives. 

If payment is not made within 2 weeks, the receipt will be denied and the product will be returned.

Once you have completed your customs duty payment, you will be able to receive the product after it has cleared customs.
