If you wish to return the purchased product, it is possible within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please send the product back in its original, unused condition, with no tags or packaging missing.
Once the return request is confirmed, we will send you a DHL return shipping label via email. You can check detailed information regarding pick-up schedules and more through DHL.
Please note that customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for returns.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges due to a change of mind.
Please return the purchased product you have received and place an additional order for the product you desire.
If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered product, cancellation is possible before the scheduled shipping date (based on KST).
Cancellation is not possible for products that have already been processed for shipping.
If you have received a product with any issues, please contact us and we will promptly provide information on how to address the issue after our investigation.
When processing a return, a refund will be issued after deducting round-trip shipping fees and any other taxes.
If you have paid via PayPal, refunds for cancellations or returns before shipping will be issued after deducting PayPal fees.
If the product is returned due to refusal to pay taxes or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country, a refund will be issued after deducting all related costs.
